Terms of service

Draft, not in force. This page is a placeholder while InverseAI and its lawyer finish the text. Nothing here is a commitment yet. The final version will be published here before ZilAPI takes live payments.

What the final terms will cover

Your account, API keys and keeping them secret.
Prepaid credit: top-ups from $10, credit valid 12 months, refunds of unused credit within 14 days.
Acceptable use of the API and the audio you send.
How we may use audio for model training, only where you have agreed to it.
Availability, liability and how these terms change.
